As a horse lover, a woman who has struggled with pregnancy loss and someone who has climbed the corporate ladder to find disappointment, I know what it’s like to feel lost, confused, overwhelmed, heart-broken and exhausted.
Through my own transformations and years studying ancient wisdom in Ayurveda, Reiki energy healing and intuitive healing, I’ve been guiding women for the past 4 years through the process of remembering their brilliance, connecting to their soul, befriending their body and re-discovering joy again in their lives!
