Reiki Infused New Moon Meditation
It's new moon time again y'all!I don't know about you, but after the fire energy of that Full Moon Eclipse a few weeks ago, my entire body is needing to soak up the calmer, resting energy of a new moon!
But this is no ordinary new moon. Yep, it's Gemini time AND we get to witness another ECLIPSE! Mercury is also in retrograde, but no need to dive into all that! LOL
This time the eclipse comes in the form of a solar one and it brings us the opportunity to experience gentle new beginning energy. Depending on where you are reading this from in the world, will depend of if you will be able to see the solar eclipse for yourself. Click here to find out.
This energy is deep in its work and healing! Which means- give yourself the space & grace to move slowly and allow yourself to be guided. As I like to say, be Juicy Gentle with Yo' self!

Ok I totally know what you’re asking…. ‘What the heck does ‘Reiki Infused Meditation’ mean?’ Maybe followed by this girl is wack OR omg, I love this. I get both all the time and I’m good with it. If you grew up in the western world, like myself, energy wasn’t taught or even acknowledged. I had a huge learning curve as I was beginning my journey into energy healing. Let me help and break it down for you.
First, if you’re asking what is Reiki- start here!
Reiki Infused means that as you listen to my voice the energy of Reiki will interact with the energy of your body.
Reiki in its most basic form is: Energy.
Energy, as pretty much everyone now knows it is: Everything. Everything, including matter, at its core is merely “energy”. Quantum physics tells us this. Thanks Albert Einstein! This is starting to sounds pretty cool right?
Reiki is simply intending to move this energy. “Shake it up” if you will, so that the receiver of this treatment can benefit from movement of stagnant energy. As you listen to this meditation, I have, as a Reiki Master, set the intention that you receive the energetic healing you need! It will be like a wave of peace washing over you as lay down & listen!
